iDISC Information Technologies renews its quality certifications ISO 9001 and ISO 17100

After successfully passing the audit conducted by the certification authority ICDQ, Instituto de Certificación, iDISC once again accredits its work processes and bolsters its commitment to quality and the improvement of its services.

iDISC has certified the quality of its services since 2009, in the area of translation, as well as in software and web application development. By renewing both of its ISOs, the company not only consolidates its general strategy for ongoing improvement, but it also reiterates its accountability to effectively satisfy the needs of customers, suppliers and workers, even under exceptional circumstances.

Throughout 2020, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, 100% of iDISC’s team has worked without interruption thanks to the availability of technology solutions already implemented to facilitate remote working and the balance with family life.

Recertification in these two standards, Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and Translation Services (ISO 17100), consolidates this company’s journey of over 30 years, with customers worldwide, headquarters in Spain, Mexico and Brazil, and recognition as a benchmark company in the sector.
