September 12 2022
From September 13 to 16, 2022, Txell Domínguez, translation coordinator of minority languages at iDISC, will participate in the 3rd International Conference on the Revitalization of Indigenous and Minoritized Languages.

This conference, organized by the University of Girona, the University of Perpignan Via Domitia and the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage, gathers researchers, language professionals, and students working towards the revitalization of Indigenous and minoritized languages from around the world.

The main aim is to foster global and interdisciplinary dialogue and to serve as a forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences on matters related to the revitalization of languages, by raising awareness on educational and research aspects and actions undertaken to benefit multilingualism and Indigenous and minoritized languages.
