iDISC Information Technologies has updated their ISO 9001 certification to the 2015 version and obtained ISO 17100 certification to replace EN 15038.
Having successfully passed audits carried out by TÜV Rhineland Ibérica, iDISC has once again demonstrated the validity of their work procedures and bolstered their commitment to quality and the ongoing improvement of services.
By updating to the newest version of ISO 9001, the business has consolidated their ongoing development strategy and reaffirmed their commitment to efficiently fulfilling the needs of clients, providers, and workers, both in terms of web development and linguistic services. The international ISO 17100 standard, particular to linguistic services, replaces the European 15038 standard that has been in place to date and places new, more demanding regulations on work procedures, the professional qualifications of providers, traceability, and quality control every step of the way.
The acquisition of these new certifications is one more step in the 30 year trajectory of iDISC, which has clients around the world, headquarters in Spain, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, and America, and recognition as a leading business in its sector.
