iDISC took part at the ISE 2023 show held in Barcelona from January 31 to February 3. This show has not stopped growing since it started in 2004, and it is now fully established as the world’s leading AV event.
Over 1,000 exhibitors and more than 58,000 visitors attended the ISE 2023 during the four days it was held at Fira Barcelona. This surpassed the 52,000 participants seen at the last pre-COVID show. iDISC was one of the exhibitors at the Catalonia Pavilion and it showcased its AV translation and localization services, along with its technology solutions for boosting global brand positioning.
The event featured the industry’s leading companies along with start-ups and entrepreneurs, making it a major gathering for meeting customers and networking. The latest AV developments were on display, and the show also saw innovative offerings in education, entertainment and integrated communication systems.
Michael Blackman, the event’s managing director, was pleased to see that the 2020 attendance numbers were topped and commented that “it's been an extraordinary week and it's hugely gratifying for us to look back and realize we've delivered an exceptional show for our industry and the wonderful city of Barcelona. We've had unprecedented visitor levels to the show, so much inspiring content and features on display.” Blackman also added that “we can safely say the global AV and systems integration industry is back with an impressive bang!”
Francesc Morelló, iDISC’s CEO, stated “we’re thankful for all the hard work the organization has put in at ISE 2023 and are glad that pre-pandemic visitor numbers were surpassed. We’re happy with the result after sharing experiences together with our customers, and excited because of the new relationships we built.”
iDISC boasts an extensive track record helping many ProAV companies, live-event lighting and staging companies, and integrated communication systems companies to tailor their content to grow and strengthen their presence in new markets while boosting their sales opportunities.
