The Manlleu and Olesa de Montserrat local governments stand out again for their advanced digital administration

The websites of both local governments, built on the principle of transparency, have been developed by iDISC Information Technologies SL.

In the fourth edition of the Open Administration Awards, the Consortium for the Open Administration of Catalonia has awarded the local governments of Manlleu, Palafrugell, Olesa de Montserrat and Cambrils, with the first four places in the category for towns between 20001 and 50000 inhabitants. In this edition, 68 local governments and 7 regional councils have been given awards in different categories.

This recognition assesses digital transformation in the implementation and use of the electronic administration services for connecting with citizens and for internal management.

As in previous editions, more than one of the winning websites has been developed by our company.

This success was possible thanks to our own content management system (CMS) especially as it was able to adjust itself to the public administration transparency requirements, as the Seal of transparency from the Manlleu and Olesa de Montserrat local governments shows.

Currently, we are also developing the Sitges Tourism and Olot local government websites, further proof of the confidence that the local governments and public entities have in iDISC.
