iDISC renews EN 15038 and ISO 9001:2008 quality certifications.
September 3, 2012
iDISC Information Technologies is committed to providing the best quality service, working with strict controls, with highly qualified professionals and with a great tenacity for delivering excellence to customers.
For this reason, iDISC is pleased to communicate that it has passed once again, and with positive comments, all the audits carried out by TÜV Rheinland Ibérica Inspection Certification & Testing S.A. for the renewal of EN 15038 and ISO 9001:2008 certifications.
Certification in the EN 15038 standard, which iDISC had already obtained in 2009 and now renews for a further three years, regulates all processes, quality control and traceability for specific translation services. ISO 9001:2008 certification is more extensive, addressing the entire organization and defining the quality management processes for all services the company offers. Both certificates are valid for three years, but must be endorsed with a yearly audit.
The company's diligence in these certification processes, together with extensive experience acquired over 25 years, customers in all parts of the world and hundreds of projects completed satisfactorily make iDISC a reference company in the sector.
