One of the advantages of having a website these days is the ease with which its contents can be maintained, the capacity for personalization of its structure, and the fact that it can be managed by people who are not IT experts.
Four excellent examples of this are the town councils of Lliçà d'Amunt, Montmeló, Vacarisses, and Les Franqueses del Vallès, whose websites were developed by iDISC in conjunction with Barcelona Provincial Council. They have done a great job in managing the dynamic updating and maintenance of the contents of their respective sites. You just have to take a look at their news sections to see that they are updated either daily or every other day, or browse their current structures, which have been growing and adapting according to their needs.
