In a medical software project targeting the Spanish market, the client faced a clear risk: maintaining linguistic quality and meeting deadlines during the summer period, within a large-scale initiative involving highly specialized technical content. The goal was not only to advance production, but to avoid any disruptions, inconsistencies, or rework in a particularly sensitive context.

iDISC handled approximately 200,000 words of specialized post-editing, equivalent to around 195 hours of work. The result was a stable, continuous workflow that was fully aligned with the client’s requirements, even throughout the summer period.

The decision to work with a single, highly trusted linguist throughout the entire project ensured complete linguistic consistency and a level of post-editing quality comparable to human translation. For the client, this meant consistent deliverables, with no variations in criteria or style deviations between batches.

Throughout the entire execution period, all deliveries were made within the agreed SLA, without delays, without operational incidents and without the need for rework. All batches were approved directly. The client obtained output that was ready for integration, without additional friction or consumption of extra internal resources.

The end result was the validation of a reliable collaboration model for medical post-editing projects— one capable of handling technical complexity and intensive coordination without transferring that burden to the client.
